Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. You will be involved in both pre- and post-contract QS functions across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Pre-Contract (Tender Stage):

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct budget cost planning and feasibility studies
• Assist in tender clarifications and attend site briefings

Post-Contract (Project Execution Stage):

• Monitor and control project cost, budget, and expenditure
