Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities- Prepare tender submissions, including quantity take-off, cost estimation, pricing and tender analysis.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Develop procurement strategies and manage procurement activities.
- Prepare tender evaluation reports, recommendation papers, and contract documents.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Prepare, submit and follow up on monthly progress claims with Clients.
