Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Business Manager.
- Able to read architectural, structural drawings, understanding of general technical terms, specifications and bills of quantities.
- Have some basic experience in design, fabrication and site installation knowledge of aluminum and glazing works.
- Assist in the taking off quantities from the architectural drawings to facilitate cost estimation and pricing.
- Assist in contract administration, including preparing tender documents, conducting pre-qualification exercises, attending tender interviews, and performing site survey
- Coordinate with the internal design department to obtain and review tender drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor, regularly updating and evaluating certification status against monthly forecasts
