Quantity Surveyor

• experience in quantitworky take off for civil engineering construction works
• contract administration including request for quotation, tender submission, etc
• site measurement for preparation and submission of monthly progress claims
• Minimum 3 years experience in road construction
• Take off quantity for tender & on-going projects
• Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
• Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
• To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
