The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for pricing projects, managing costs, and ensuring that agreed margins are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

The idóneo candidate will bring roofing and cladding experience, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills to support both pre-construction and live project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates from drawings, bills of quantities, and site surveys.
• Price projects to agreed margins and prepare detailed budgets and cash flow forecasts.
