Quantity Surveyor / QS ( Construction/ experience / HBD Project exp ) Good Pay +Good Bonus

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
• Settlement of final accounts with client and subcontractors / suppliers

• At least Diploma / Degree in QS/Civil Engineering/Building
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• At least 3 years of working experience in the civil industry
