Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and tender documentation
• Conduct cost planning and benchmarking
• Support procurement strategies and contractor selection
• Work closely with design and project teams during early project stages

Requirements

• Proven pre-contract experience
• Background in residential and/or hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of building construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
