Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Provide advice on cost-related matters to project teams & ensure within budget.
- Work cross function to identify cost-saving opportunities & recommend solutions.
- Cost assessments and prepare reports on project performance, variations & potential risks.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts on favorable terms.
- Monitor cost expenditure against budget, identify any deviations and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Tenders, scope of work, pricing schedule and Non-material requirements.
