Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and schedules of rates based on project drawings and specifications.

Prepare tender submissions, develop cost plans and budgets, and conduct tender evaluations and cost comparisons to support project bidding.

Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure effective project cost management.

Monitor project costing, maintain tender documentation, and support commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties as assigned by the management team.
