- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed material and labour quantity take‑offs for Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cost changes, and recommend cost‑saving solutions.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities.
- Manage M&E contracts, handle variation orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
