Job Description
We are looking for a driven and progressive Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Solutions Team and help us support our internal projects and our external clients.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the client requirements and quantities take off as per marking and drawings.
- Prepare BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets.
- Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and provide logical closure.
- Coordinate with the design team for analysing architectural and service drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
