Having secured a strong pipeline of work across both public and private sectors, we are a progressive and forward‑thinking organisation looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and progress their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Cost estimating
- Regular reporting to clients
- Cost control from inception through to completion
- Work predominantly in the Data Centre sector
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Exceptional client‑facing skills and ability to manage projects ranging in value
- Resilient and assertive
- MRICS preferred but not essential
