Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in landscape or construction projects.
- Experience in tender preparation, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.
- Good knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and specifications.
- Familiar with measurement, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and contract documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for landscape projects. ...
