Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure Maintenance

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure maintenance team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for managing costs preparing accurate measurements and ensuring efficient budget control throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BoQ) for infrastructure maintenance projects with precision and accuracy
• Conduct detailed cost estimation forecasting and budget analysis to support project planning and financial control
