Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong pre-contract expertise to support high-value construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost planning, estimation, tendering, and contract documentation, preferably with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, and luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-contract cost planning, budgeting, and estimation
- Preparation of BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
- Tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contractor recommendations
- Value engineering and cost optimization
- Coordination with design, procurement, and project teams
