Qualification: BE-Civil

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years

Location: Chennai

Reports to: Planning manager

Salary: 3.5-4.5 lakhs CTC (per annum)

Job description:

• To take measurements for billing of client and vendors. Bill of materials (BOM)and Bill of quantity(BOQ) for Interior fit-out and Interior design projects.
• To take quantity from CAD drawings and make drawings in AutoCAD.
• This job majorly involves office and site measurement works of billing for client and vendors.
• Prepare Budget, schedule, and tenders for the project.

Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of all Interior details, i.e., furniture details, Electrical, plumbing, tiling.
