Experience : 4–10 Years (Commercial & Residential Buildings)

Job Summary:-

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for, Billing preparation. quantity measurement,

contract administration, weekly labour billing, and basic quality compliance monitoring

for commercial construction projects. The role supports delivery of structural and finishing

works in accordance with approved budgets, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

Weekly Labour Billing and Reporting

 Prepare weekly labour bills for manpower working on site.

 Check labour attendance, timesheets, and daily labour and progress reports.

 Match labour billing with actual work completed.

 Monitor labour productivity and inform the project team if there are issues.
