Kent is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the Kearl Project in Fort McKay, Alberta. The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting to ensure that project financial performance remains aligned with contractual obligations and project budgets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track project expenditures and identify cost variances.
- Support change management processes including evaluation and pricing of change orders.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Review contractor submissions including progress claims and variations.
- Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations as required.
