- Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities and sourcing
- Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawing and specifications.
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants.
- Obtain, compile and evaluate quotation from supplier according to tender requirement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters.
- Must able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process.
