Quantity Surveyor Electrical

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for electrical works
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems including power, lighting, low‑current, ELV and related installations
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Monitor project costs, variations and change orders
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
• Verify subcontractor invoices and payment certificates
• Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, consultants and subcontractors
• Track project progress against budget and prepare cost reports
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
