BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized South African university (Wits, University of Pretoria (TUKS), University of the Free State (UFS), University of Cape Town (UCT), or Nelson Mandela University (NMU)).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the private sector.
Strong contractual and practical quantity surveying knowledge, particularly JBCC contracts.
Proficient in WinQS and DimX software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
