Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender submissions
- Support financial management across project lifecycles, including budgeting, valuation, and reporting
- Review and assess contractor valuations, variations, and claims, providing professional recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts
- Support procurement activities, including the evaluation of subcontractor submissions
- Monitor project costs and identify potential commercial risks or variances
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and internal commercial policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
