Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and detailed measurements from civil engineering drawings.


• Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget forecasts for civil works (earthworks, foundations, superstructure, and finishes).


• Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluate monthly progress invoices, and certify payments.


• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contract variations, change orders, and regular progress claims.


• Conduct strict cost-control monitoring to ensure project expenditures align with budgeted targets.


• Prepare comprehensive monthly commercial reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and final accounts for closeout.

Skills
