We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Analyze project costs and monitor budgets throughout project execution
- Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process
- Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Assess and manage project variations, change orders, and claims
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective cost control
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and local regulations
Requirements
