Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, valuations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare interim payment applications and internal valuations
- Administer subcontractor accounts, including measurement and final settlements
- Manage project variations, extension of time (EOT) applications, and claims
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial reconciliations
- Review contracts and advise project teams on contractual matters and commercial risks
- Negotiate commercial issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and resource forecasts in coordination with the operations team
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts
- Attend project meetings and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle
