What You’ll Do
Measurement & Quantity Take-Off
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, specifications and site information.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tendering, procurement and project execution.
- Verify quantities and scope with design engineering and project teams.
Commercial Support
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing exercises.
- Measure and evaluate variations and changes to the works.
- Support interim valuations, subcontractor assessments and final account preparation.
- Maintain accurate measurement records and commercial documentation.
Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor package costs and support forecasting activities.
- Assist in the management of subcontractor accounts and back-charge administration.
