Successful applicants will have
Experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience. Preferably the most recent 3-5 years of experience on live Data Center projects .
- If contractor-side, experience in preparing estimates, bid submissions or in cost-control .
- If consultant or owner-side, experience in budget preparation or cost control or procurement . Post-contract experience is good-to-have.
- Strong understanding of
- Lifecycle of a Data Center project
- All building services, both mechanical, electrical and related components in a Data Center project.
- Cost indexes / prices of the high-value long lead equipment’s with (OEM/local vendors) and alternate specifications, if any.
- Consultant agreements, construction contracts, services contracts, design, construction and operational risks
