We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic Project Development team based in Cape Town.
POSITION INFO:
This is a standalone role that requires a highly independent professional who can take full ownership of the Quantity Surveying function across multiple commercial and industrial developments. The successful candidate will be involved from feasibility and concept stage through to project completion, ensuring that developments are financially viable, accurately costed, and effectively managed. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies and cost assessments during concept and design development stages. Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
