Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: (near Lichfield ) - Staffordshire
Our client is a leading manufacturer & Installer of Precast Concrete who are a subsidery of a well respected PLC due to retirement they are looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their Lichfield site. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the contractual and financial performance of projects, working closely with colleagues across estimating, contracts, project management and operations.
Reporting to the commercial director you will play a key role in analysing and controlling project costs, preparing and substantiating claims where required, making payment recommendations, submitting applications and supporting the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
