Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Estimating quantities of materials and prepare BOQ
• Review specifications
• Preparing tender documents
• Technical and commercial tender analysis for contractors
• Arrange, analyze, and compare quotations from different contractors to choose the most appropriate one
• Review architecture, structure & MEP drawings with brief specifications from client and prepare checklists before tender documents preparation, and check with architect to rectify problems if any
• Review structure drawings with soil investigation reports and recommendations from soil labs and prepare checklists and check with structural engineer to rectify problems if any
• Preparation of quantity for cost estimates and cost control measures
• Reviewing monthly payments
