- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Source and negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders.
- Carry out quantity take-offs for project tenders.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims weekly.
- Assist managers/seniors with documentation and paperwork.
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail fit‑out construction projects.
