- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare key commercial documents: procurement schedule, cashflow forecast, and margin plan.
- Send enquiries for assigned packages and manage clarifications.
- Analyse subcontractor/supplier tenders and prepare comparisons.
- Flag risks or discrepancies in tender documents to the lead estimator.
- Prepare/verify quantity take‑offs and BOQs per client specs and drawings.
- Coordinate with the estimating team and align with management’s strategy.
