Role Purpose
Support the commercial and contractual management of construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs, and valuation of works. This role involves assisting in the preparation of take-off quantities and maintaining proper cost documentation in coordination with other site and commercial teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Participate in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Assist in preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain well‑documented records for contractual purposes.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or Construction Management.
