- Prepare tender cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets based on drawings and tender documents.
- Estimate material, labour, and subcontractor costs for projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support the project team to ensure client requirements and project objectives are met.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Prepare monthly progress valuations and forecast final project costs.
- Review and assess subcontractor tenders, contracts, claims, and final accounts.
- Certify subcontractor monthly valuations and payments.
- Track labour, material, and subcontractor costs and provide regular cost reports.
