Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and verification of parcels, returns, and outgoing shipments. Check product condition, packaging, and labeling for compliance with company standards.
- Investigate and document cases of damaged or lost items.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare daily and weekly QC reports.
- Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with company and client quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Background in logistics or express delivery companies
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in client communication and coordination
