At Wealthsimple's Clients & Accounts OpEx team, you'll oversee critical quality and tooling infrastructure. This position requires deep experience in test frameworks and developer automation, as well as a mindset oriented around reliability and observability. Your goal: to empower other engineers and facilitate rapid, safe code deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the architecture of the e2e testing suite
• Create observability standards for SDK instrumentation
• Develop and refine staging and production testing accounts
• Streamline developer workflows through automation tools
• Establish quality gates and coverage improvements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated skills in developing internal platforms and tooling
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, especially in React
