Quality Technician (Conveyors)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of all completed installation work against approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Verify that installations comply with engineering drawings, OEM requirements, and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and communicate deficiencies, punch list items, and non-conformances to the installation team.
• Ensure all quality issues are corrected before work is signed off as complete.
• Maintain detailed inspection records, QA checklists, and photographic documentation.
• Conduct line-by-line and area-by-area quality audits before release for commissioning.
• Verify proper alignment, leveling, torqueing, anchoring, and overall workmanship of installed equipment.
• Ensure components such as belts, rollers, guards, sensors, netting, and safety devices are installed correctly and function as intended.
