Quality Systems Lead – Production Facility (Onsite)

LEONI in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks a Quality Systems professional to deploy the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the facility and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate, train and coach the plant team on quality standards and tools, develop local standards when needed, and manage inputs/outputs of the management review.

Responsibilities include leading audit preparation and ensuring alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and with customer requirements.
