Quality & Supplier Performance Engineer I

Microchip Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced engineer to manage product quality performance of assembly subcon suppliers in Penang, Malaysia. The role entails ensuring adequate assembly performance, conducting audits, and driving corrective actions to enhance process capability.

The ideal candidate should have a BSC in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in plastic package assembly. Strong communication skills and being results-oriented are essential for success in this position.
