Authority – Stop productive processes for quality issues, place material on hold as needed, and approve corrective actions based on root cause analysis.

Job Summary – Deploy, improve, and lead the Quality System to satisfy customer expectations and requirements, ensuring product specifications and quality while maintaining an effective Quality System at Eaton.

Responsibilities Develop and deploy processes, techniques, quality systems, and procedures for incoming inspection, manufacturing, final audit, and supplier quality management. Participate in pro‑launch processes and gate reviews for new product introductions. Communicate with customers and lead the quality engineering team during problem‑resolution processes.
