Quality Representative, Project Services

As a Quality Representative in our Project Services Hub in Global Design Centre Manila, you will contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quality standards, requirements, and best practices across project teams to ensure alignment
• Plan and deliver internal and external audits to maintain compliance with quality processes and project requirements
• Monitor and report quality performance, including audit findings, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and drive timely corrective and preventive actions to closure
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure robust document control, governance, and compliance
