Responsibilities
- Help build collaborative partnerships with the customer account teams
- Engage with account team to understand the voice of the customer
- Participate in Quarterly Operations Review, aligning with GOps Quality and Global Quality on regional metrics
- If GOps executives join a customer executive review or meeting, ensure they are fully prepared and informed as needed
- Educate and clarify the GOps Quality messaging
- Direct customer engagement when necessary
- Help manager resolve key quality issues raised by our customers, collaborating with the Lam account team
- Collaborate with customer executives, Lam executives, product groups, and supplier engineers as needed
- Facilitate the identification of customer quality issues, determine their root cause, and implement effective solutions
