Responsibilities

  • Help build collaborative partnerships with the customer account teams
  • Engage with account team to understand the voice of the customer
  • Participate in Quarterly Operations Review, aligning with GOps Quality and Global Quality on regional metrics
  • If GOps executives join a customer executive review or meeting, ensure they are fully prepared and informed as needed
  • Educate and clarify the GOps Quality messaging
  • Direct customer engagement when necessary
  • Help manager resolve key quality issues raised by our customers, collaborating with the Lam account team
  • Collaborate with customer executives, Lam executives, product groups, and supplier engineers as needed
  • Facilitate the identification of customer quality issues, determine their root cause, and implement effective solutions
