Department: Quality Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to our London office) Reports to : Quality Manager Hours : 37.5 per week Salary : (Depending on experience) Role Overview As the Quality Practitioner at Cambridge Spark, it is your role to support the delivery of consistently high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Cambridge Spark’s provisions.
The Quality Practitioner plays a hands-on role in conducting quality monitoring activities, evaluating learner and delivery staff experiences, and delivering targeted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to drive assessment activity and improvements.
Working closely with the Quality Manager, IQA Manager and Programme Performance Managers & Team Leads, the postholder will provide quality assurance across all elements of delivery (coaching, mentoring and training).
