Quality Operation Supervisor

Position Overview

The Supervisor plays an integral part of Insulet’s Quality Department as the leader of Quality Team Leads and Quality Inspectors. The role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while working in cross‑functional teams to accomplish departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members, including training support on processes and procedures.
• Manage IPQA activities, oversee nonconformances investigation, and provide support needed to release lots on time.
• Oversee pre‑ and post‑sterile Lot Qualification activities and all lot failure investigations, ensuring timely release.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for IPQA and Lot Qualification personnel.
• Manage MES/SAP lot release to ensure quality records are created and adequate for all products.
