Position Summary

Power BI Data Analyst & Business Owner – Longueuil, Quebec (Canada). The role is based on‑site, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities

Ensure monthly delivery of departmental performance indicators. Develop and evolve data processes for customer quality, aligned with industry standards. Lead a small team of Power BI developers to deliver departmental reports. Act as business analyst and product owner for data‑related initiatives. Manage an external data‑management service provider for process improvement. Collaborate with technology solutions teams and developers to test and implement solutions in production.
