Oversees quality management systems, audits, and performance metrics, ensuring effective problem-solving, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to address quality issues, mitigate risks, and enhance overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
