Quality and Operations Transformation Manager
Location: Singapore, SG
This position based in Singapore will have the responsibility to lead the design, implementation, and stabilization of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for ELAPAC, before transitioning into a full Operations Management role. The initial phase will ensure that all products designed, manufactured, and distributed within ELAPAC meet the required quality and compliance standards. Following successful implementation, the role will focus on driving service excellence, efficiency, and scalability.
The QMS will align with ISO 13485:2016 and include other relevant regulatory requirements such as FDA, EU MDR, APAC, LATAM, and META local regulations.
