- Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for manufacturing operations.
- Take ownership of the company Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
- Provide strong technical support and hands‑on troubleshooting for welding processes, weld quality defects, and fabrication‑related quality issues.
- Review and improve welding procedures, inspection standards, quality control plans, and work instructions.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for welding and manufacturing quality issues.
- Work closely with Assembly & Installation Production, Engineering, Fabrication, and Project teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
