Job Summary

Flex is seeking a Quality Manager based in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Sr Director, Quality and is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating a product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Researches, evaluates, and presents information regarding business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and new product design and development.
• Suggests and debates alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and meet changing market opportunities.
• Collaborates with top management to formulate company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
• Develops and revises the product assurance program, delineating areas of control, personnel requirements, and operational procedures.
