Quality Manager - Plant D

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. Work closely with engineering and operations management, provide presentations to the Plant Manager and higher level management, and cross into other functional areas to obtain required information and support to complete assignments.

• Represent the voice of the customer in the plant.
• Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of annual goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
• Analyze and report warranty, start‑up, and other field data to provide direction for process and product quality improvement.
